A Change Advisory Board meeting only works when everyone shows up with the same picture of what will be discussed, in what order, and against what criteria. This tool builds that picture from a five-field form: meeting date and time, chair, list of proposed changes (one per line), standing risk topics, and any open post-implementation review items. Fill it in, click a button, and the tool assembles a clean agenda in both plain Markdown (for pasting into Confluence, Notion, or a Git-based runbook) and a Microsoft Word .docx file (for teams that still circulate agendas over email). Both formats are generated entirely in your browser — the change list, chair name, and any notes never leave your device or hit our servers. Use it as the standing template for weekly CABs, as a starter for emergency-CAB (E-CAB) meetings, or as a way to standardize agendas across business units. The output is deliberately opinionated: it front-loads highest-risk changes, reserves time for KEV and MSRC review, and closes with post-implementation lessons — the flow that produces the best decisions in the least time.
